專長領域
人機互動研究
  近二十年來,人機互動今域(Human- computer interaction)在歐美國家及日本早已成為一蓬勃發展並深受重視的領域,然而國內這方面起步較晚,目前研究者多位於工業工程或工業設計領域,以研究工業上的人因工程為主,在資訊在圖資領域仍處於萌芽階段。

  當今電腦科技的進步以千里計,然而好用易學的科技卻不見得隨處可見,在電腦系統的設計上,除了技術與外觀,使用性也是一個相當重要的因素。人機互動今域在關注資訊科技的發展及其如何符合使用者的需求。相關領域有電腦科學、資訊科錠、心理、人因、社會學、圖形設計、教育、及傳播,而人機互動領域主要從使用者及科技角度來看人與電腦間的互動,透過研究發現來了解如何設計系統以支援使用者在工作及休閒娛樂上的需求。另一方面,資訊科技的應用領域之一為數位學習,一些HCI領域研究者的興趣也在於探討如何設計學習科技以輔助學習活動與增加學習成效。

  學生在接受人機互動領域訓練後,未來將可進入資訊領域從事電腦系統與軟體介面的設計與評估等研發工作,或從事學習科技相關領域之工作。並可於在學期間由老師推薦至企業界實習,及早建立對與此領域的了解與累積相關經驗。
